I cannot say enough good things about this company. Ronny Kashlan and his team are true professionals who take great pride in the work they do. They treat the customer with great respect and spend much time to make sure you understand every step of the process and all your options. Every single stage of the project is handled with the utmost attention and care to provide the customer with an excellent experience, and they make themselves accessible throughout the course of the project. An important point:  they are very experienced at working with insurance companies. In spite of severe hail damage, my claim was denied. If it hadn’t been for Ronny’s very detailed inspection report and persistence in following up with the adjusters, I would not have been successful in getting a settlement. So, a huge THANK YOU to Ronny and to everyone who was involved with my project. I appreciate you all so very much. A big shoutout to Will, who managed the project expertly and efficiently; to Daniel Pack, who has remarkable patience and excellent taste in selecting gutters and downspouts (!); and to Ava for her outstanding administrative skills. I’ve known Ronny for over 15 years, and one thing has always been true, he absolutely knows roofing and takes tremendous pride in his work. About three years ago, I started having serious leaking issues in my home. Ronny came out right away and helped patch what he could while I went through the frustrating process of working with insurance. After multiple claims adjusters and back-and-forth discussions, the insurance company initially denied the roof claim and only approved interior repairs. The root problem, however, was always the roof. Fast forward three years, with a baby on the way and the leak still causing issues, Ronny came back more determined than ever to help get it resolved the right way. He met with my insurance agent and the claims adjuster at my house and walked them through everything. Ronny explained the timeline of events, the storms that caused the damage, the areas of concern on the roof, and how the issues developed over time. His professionalism, knowledge, and persistence made all the difference. He worked tirelessly coordinating between the insurance company, my agent, and myself until we were finally able to get the roof fully approved, and then some. When it came time for the work, the Element Pros team showed up exactly at 7 AM. The crew worked with Daniel (the project manager), Will, and the rest of the team, and everyone was fantastic. They were professional, efficient, and respectful of the property. The entire roof replacement was completed in one day. When they finished, everything was cleaned up perfectly, it honestly looked like they were never there, except now I have a beautiful brand new roof. Ronny and the entire Element Pros team went above and beyond from start to finish. Their dedication, persistence, professionalism, and willingness to truly advocate for their customers is rare. We had a wonderful roofing experience with the entire team from Element Pros! After a hailstorm, Ronny and Nick provided the free inspection, filed the insurance claim, worked with the insurance company and finalized the claim without my having to complete any forms. They were always responsive to emails and phone calls.  On installation day, the crew worked from 7:30-7:00 and we now have a beautiful new roof and gutters! Daniel and Will are exceptional supervisors and were onsite all day.
