As mentioned above, many customers are not aware that insurance often covers the cost for roof replacement. For your project you’ll have a dedicated project manager who will be available for you at all times during the process to answer your questions. Your Element Pros construction representative will help you properly file a claim and meet in-person with your insurance company’s adjuster at your property on the day of your scheduled inspection to ensure all property damage is accounted for. We are adept at dealing with insurance companies and are proactive to take the lead on this process by walking the customer through the process and communicating with the insurance company beginning to end. We care about your time and money and want to keep your stress level at a minimum.

We will compare our measurements and cost estimates with those of the insurance company to come to a mutually agreeable estimate with them directly, then complete the project for that price. That way, the only out of pocket expense for you is your deductible. Your insurance company will send you payment for the entire agreed upon amount (minus your deductible) to pay for the project.

We have strong working relationships with many of the nation’s leading insurance companies due to our years of experience in insurance property claims. Our knowledge of the insurance industry will help to make the process as easy on you as possible. Overall, the insurance process can take as little as one week or as long as a few months.

Note: Filing a claim comes at NO COST to you. Your insurance premium will not be raised, even if damage is found. This is because hail and wind damage are considered Acts of Nature, and therefore come from no fault of your own. There are several reasons why you should have your roof evaluated for storm damage by a professional:
